I have scars on my shins from an sport accident in august.

The upper ones are only abrasions. The other two were deeper.

Do you know some treatments to make them look less prominent?

Will they get better with time?

They'll improve with time to some degree. As for what can be done, maybe some sort of laser resurfacing, but I'm not familiar with what specific type

Silicone gel, laser treatment.

Do you think they can get white?

They will lighten and turn white within a year or so.

It also looks like it's hyperpigmented. Firstly try silicon gel or silicon pads with monthly laser treatments like fraxel or microneedling.you can also check out fibroblast skin tightening.

for the hyperpigmentation you may need to use hydroquinone
WAIT. they're from August right? Start using tretinoin / retinol on there right now every night and you MUST wear sunscreen everyday on your legs and MUST wear long pants everyday to avoid further hyperpigmentation

UV Rays = extra melanin production = more darker scarring.

Is it better to skip silicone gel and start using tretinoin after a few months?

If I wouldn‘t do anything, could it just heal alone?

I say leave them alone. What's the sports story behind them?
I did some intesive jump exercises for explosivity on a sharp metal plate. I slipped and dug along the edge

See, you got a natural tattoo with a cool story.

If the scar is new, use tret. In the night apply tret and in the morning use silicone gel

Yes but it'll take at least 5 years.

Those surgical scars could undergo some microneedling if you wanna try that.
