Scheduled a consult with a local surgeon later this month for periorbital fat grafts

I’m coming to believe that infras are a very high risk procedure, in the sense that expensive revisions are likely needed soon afterwards (implant design revision and placement, early life midface lift due to consequent sagging…)

I was due to discuss infras and genio with Ram this June, but now I’m thinking of dropping the infras for now and just doing the genio

I don’t have that kind of money yet, so I really don’t want to be stuck with expensive complications for god knows how long. And my eye area is getting to be so shit as I age further into my 20s already, that I want to try some cope to tide me over the coming couple of years as I continue my joyful surgery fund wageslaving

So I’m going to talk to a local surgeon who does soft tissue work and ask about periorbital fat grafting. If I like what I see I’ll probably do it immediately and post results here. I’d probably also go to him again for lip lift if the overall experience is good but I’ll need to see how genio affects things there if at all

So Tl;dr: upcoming hardmaxxes will be eye area fat grafts potentially by this summer w local doc, then genio w ram whenever I can get scheduled after my consult this June. Then reasses from there for further surgery coping
