Good question.
I don't know, sorry.
But i didn't even read that book that i've posted (yet).
There exist several brainwashing programs, like MK Ultra, Project Monarch. These are the American ones.
I think there are some earlier programs about it, some that Hitler was in and also one that people like Joseph Mengele worked on.
Mengele supposedly survived and went to USA and worked under the name "Dr. Green" on Project MK Ultra.
1st he was called the angel of death and did experiments on prisoners in NS Germany.
But the Tavistock Institute is the creator of all of that imo.
