so i ordered 100 x 250 mg tabs from qsc,

i read somewhere sometimes tabs will be randomly dosed from 500-1500 mg, meaning instant rope

i weighed out all my pills together (don’t have a precise scale) and it’s 38 g. if the pills were properly dosed wouldn’t it be 250 mg x 100 = 25 g?

i need a proper measuring scale, to see if the weight of each individual pill comes x 100 = 38 g (pills are fine, there is just some sort of forming powder or something idk)

or each pill weighs 250 mg, meaning, there are pills that weigh WAY more then 250.
please suggest any ideas or if i’m schizo or what

well yes i agree but my methodology is all the pills should be a consistent weight. if all pills are the same amount then yes, but if ~10 of the pills have largely different readings from the mean that means they are over dosed

i’ve been spamming electrolytes but worried this isn’t doing enough. i’ll prob try to add a lot of fiber to my meals, usually i don’t eat a ton of cruciferous vegetables but it might help rn

Drink water, simple as. Or V8. Don't worry about sodium intake, just eat normally or just follow whatever diet your doing on DNP. You don't need to drink excessive amounts of water either. There's really nothing to worry about.

if u look for side effects you will genuinely placebo yourself into finding them when they arent there

people on here do it so much with AIs

especially that sodium intake sentence u wrote, you're kind of schizo just relax. just dont step into a sauna like zyzz and you will be fine

nah i get what your saying and ur def right, the reason im schizo is cuz i did almost die one time from critically low sodium, but that was due to dif circumstances. thank you i appreciate the advice
