Yeah this. It'll fry your brain without solving the root cause, which is enviromental 99% of the time. Gymcelling and going out more helped me out a shit ton more than SSRis ever did. The real cause of my sadness was lonlieness + inability to cope with blackpill + shit lifestyle.

If you got lookism/BP induced depression @SubSigma than an easy cope for that is that beng sub-HTN is only a temporary state.
