People with shitty genetics should take gear and pray for a decent response or just forget about the gym.Bad take imo. Genetics are the number one things that determine ur physique. People with shitty genetics need to look for the absoloute best ways to train. Yes those nerdy kids preaching FBEOD are small but this is mostly do to being type 2 fiber dominant, having bad insertions, etc. all the more reason for them to spend hours researching the absoloute best thing. Also, for the general population , Being science based literally means finding the most study backed training. Why wouldn’t u wanna do that to get the most possible gains?
Kinda beside the point. I was simply saying that you should use the most study backed methods if your goal is to build muscle.People with shitty genetics should take gear and pray for a decent response or just forget about the gym.
If you don’t have good insertions or a good frame, don’t even bother tbh even if you have good muscle building genes. You’ll look like a mutant
Those little details will barely impact your results, maybe only a few % if that. If you progressively overload on a variety of exercises and maintain a mild surplus with a high protein diet, that’s 95% of it.Kinda beside the point. i gotta disagree. Training style can affect your results quite a bit imoThose little details will barely impact your results, maybe only a few % if that. If you progressively overload on a variety of exercises and maintain a mild surplus with a high protein diet, that’s 95% of it.
I still concede that genes are the #1 factori gotta disagree. Training style can affect your results quite a bit im

real science based lifters with multiple years of experience have great physiques.
