First off, heres a study that shows that percieved upper body strength (which correlates to actual upper body strength which is objectively tested via grip strength measures) was directly linked to how attractive they were rated and its shown the people with most percieved and highest tested upper body strength were consistently rated the most attractive.

LASTLY, here is a good study that shows men with muscles are more subconciously seen as leaders. Its a study done by berkley which shows we naturally see men with more upper body strength as having more leadership ability.


Note, this doesnt mean skip leg day. Its just humans tend to initially put more importance on upper body strength. Leg strength is still just as important in alot of ways which i can get into later.

Anyways, i could go on all day but there are sooooooo many studies that PROVE the importance of looks maxing. Note none of these studies point to height being not important.

PS: this doesnt mean im advocating for steroids. Infact im against it. Natty all the way. All you need to do is put on 10+lbs of lean muscle on your frame , (maybe 15-20+lbs) and you will have a big physical advantage looksmax wise. Me personally when i put on muscle there was a significant difference in how women treated me. It waa like night and day. It doesn't make you invincible tho, and it doesnt mean youre some tough guy. It just makes you more attractive in females eyes and may get you a bit more respect from other men at times.

but its more in the sense, if you're fit, you're probably more outgoing.

Its the same as being a christian puts you in lower risk of crime.

These studies have nothing to do with face. But playing devils advocate, if u follow ur logic it could mean that people who are physically stronger have better faces and that working out long term (especially at a particular age range) could add to dimoprhism and make your face look a bit better over time due to working out regularly, and eating right to build strength. Just food for thought. Also more muscle could keep u leaner therfor making ur face better

it gives you confidence and makes you feel having more energy that leads to increased will to live + more sucess in everything, having more mental energy to do things is = increasing iq because iq is ability to learn.

This guy gets it. If you workout right and eat right for just one year you can build 20 lbs of lean muscle, and if youre new to it or young you can even lose some fat at the same time... you dont need roids, you dont need sarms, just pure natty gains if done right

Yeah i can and its SIMPLE and EASY. I can get more in depth, but literally all you need to do is do is do a balanced push/pull/leg workout, eat 120 grams of protein a day, make yourself consistently go (use pre workout if you have to), sleep atleast 6 hours a night (8 is preferrable), use good form and lastly PROGRESSIVELY OVERLOAD (making sure to add weight or reps with the same weight) to your workout each week, and you will make sick gains.

Most people end up doing the infamous 2 month cycle and then quit. If you just force yourself to do it for 4-5 months, you will then see the gains and wont need motivation, you will just naturally want to go. Alot of people quit before then because they may see gains yes, but its not yet to what they wanted and quit. They do this and dont even realize they are just about to turn the corner to gainsville.

I can make a more indepth tread but that is literally it. No more complicated, no less.it really is easy. Its all about consistency and thats where most people fail.

Yes. Especially if youre still growing. If youre a teenager (or not, it still applies just not as much) if you start working with heavy weight now, stay consistent, eat right, work your neck, do heavy compounds to increase test even more than working out already does, sleep right, and keep decent tongue posture, you will most likely notice facial changes. Thats just my anecdote tho. You can see athletes who obviously start roiding and then overtime u see their faces change. Im not saying to start roiding, but in theory u can do the same with working out and eating right.

Its possible its too late once youre in your 20s to naturally do it, but its FOR SURE not too late if youre a teenager. Even if youre 17-19.

I think its pretty obvious this has much more statistical significance than the ice cream example.

If you compare a lifting fratbro who goes to party every weekend, to the average person (redditor who sits inside playing video games all day) of course the frat bro will slay more.

But if you compare a frat bro to his looksmatch who doens't lift, but also goes out and talks to girls I don't think gym will make a difference.

So im 165 lbs and i barely got any muscle do i eat the same protein as my off days because when i have my pull days i like to eat more then my current body weight

Its actually MORE important to eat more protein on your off days. Your muscles grow when you rest , you break them down in the gym. Everyday, you should be eating 120 grams of protein , doesnt matter if you train that day or not. It takes 3 days for your muscles to fully heal and grow.

Its fine to eat more than that btw. So if u eat more protein on your pull days, thats completely fine. But some of it isnt used and is either stored for later or just crapped out

thanks too buddy. yeah brah sometimes i look at pics from when i was a little kid, its sort of like a reality check i was at my happiest when i wasn’t exposed to all these terrible things on the internet. obviously as a child you most likely will be very happy because as you get older you do get exposed to more and more though my point is this stuff is toxic as hell main conclusion i always come to is just go outside more lol

Just an example for me and my experience as I gotten bigger I directly have experienced more looks from both males and females. I got looks before but only when I wore leather jacket or big overcoats to hide my frame


Now that my frame is good I frequently go shirt less at my gym ( allowed) or cut off. Feels good go not be ashamed of my body anymore. Big shoulders always is female appeal regardless. I believe back Is another female gaze muscle group biceps not so much.

Yep. I know the feeling of being fat, then skinny, then muscular. You just get more female attention, peroid. It could be due to increased confidence, like a domino effect, idk but it works
