I took a photo of each part of my body under the same lighting in my room, then used the colour picker tool in photoshop to see what colour i am
Measurements: (includes date, parts of body, and colour in HEX codes)
my face is this colour, literally a fucking red tomato wtf
my neck is this colour, slightly lighter. but weird cos to me my neck looks white
stomach this colour, decent but could be better
legs a bit darker than stomach but still decent colour
holy shit man i need to work on my face, how do i make it less red and less tan?
i cant tell whether its caused by tan or cause by red inflammation
i think its because ive been sitting outside all day while working recently, and my umbrella still lets light through, and my table is reflective, and its been very sunny recently
I will do all of these things, and take another measurement in a month or two and hopefully its better

- Don't go outside during the day time
- Drink lots of water
- Scrub face/body 1x per week with exfoliating glove
