and some say there are up to 1,000.
if advanced alien civilizations are truly in our galaxy... then where could they possibly be located? could it be on the Keplr planets(planets most similar to earth)
or could their biology completely transcend our understanding of life?
but still we can locate planets lightyears away, if there were say, a galactic empire out there.. i'm pretty sure we'd see signs of it, or hell they'd probably come to us.
this is where the Fermi paradox come in.
