i had that same exact case as you bro i went the doctors for my nose turns out i have dermatitis you probably do aswell i put this cream around my nose and it fixed itself after like a month of applying

yeah the redness is dermatitis 100% go to the gp they’ll prescribe you some cream i couldn’t find any that i used since the worst i had it was a couple of years ago
