If I have scleral show despite having strong browridge and pct, what does that mean? That I lack the fat in that area?
what would help me? Which surgery?

what does your browridge have to do with anything?

shit infraorbitals
lower eyelid retraction will fix it

Your upper maxilla is lacking horizontal and coronal growth

what does your browridge have to do with anything?
Cant a strong browridge help "hiding" the better, giving a more hooded look? it was stated here often times

Okay, my surgeon told me its the lack of fat there. just wanted a second op

tell you surgeon to go fuck himself.

scleral show is below the eye. i don't think scleral show above the eye at neutral position is even possible.

I literally mean scleral show below the eye

hooded eyes tend to have less scleral show in general

even if there was a correlation how can you even speculate there could be any type of causation between fat on the upper eye and a droopy lower eyelid

Lack of under eye area support a.k.a. good infraorbital rims

What would brow ridge or pct have to do with scleral show

If you have shitty zygo projection, then ur maxilla is probably recessed. If not, then blame your parents for giving you trash undereyes

Okay, I persoanlly knew it was my shitty infraorbital rims (I always had dark circles under the eye, not heavy but visible)
my surgeon told me that the lack of fat does play a role too.
When my brother was very lean, he did have visible uee and scleral show, now hes fat again and doesnt have neither uee nor scleral show.
Very confusing tbh

in the photo you can clearly see that you have subhuman infraorbital rims

maybe just maybe bonesmash your infraorbitals but i've never heard of anyone doing it, only supraorbitals for defined brow ridge

The positioning of the eye in the eye socket has a lot to do with it as well. There are people with very well developed Maxillas that’s still have bulging eyes. I have this falio as well, so this is how I cope.

What could you do to gain horizontal maxilla growth, other than surgery?

Mewing (slow and hard)
Facepulling with MSE (costly and takes time)
Lefort 1,2 or 3 (surgery + costly + painfully invasive)
Implants (not as much projection + fake + not real bone so not as good results)
Fillers (everything from implants + doesnt last long + fillers make you bloated)

Bimax is Lefort 1 + BSSO
I mentioned lefort 1 in the post
He said he wanted to know what fixed a recessed maxilla, not a recessed mandible
