basically everyone has it to some extent
just like almost no ones face is more than 90% symetrical

Ok but my entire body is shifted to the side even if slight, u can see better from the front with asymmetrical hips and shoulders

Also I keep getting back pain and what feels like a pinched nerve in the left side that needs me to lean back to click whenever I hunch slightly

Actually suicidefuel if it is and causes me to shrink more

Is it genetic or due to bad posture? If its due to bad posture you can realign it if it's due to genetics it's the way your bones are shaped

Idk, I haven't spoken to a doctor
Most scoliosis is idiopathic so cause is unknown. You can't realign it without surgery really

I have it to im shifted a bit to the side without it im might be 6"7 or more

I maybe could've been 6'5 without it, which is perfect height

Just a guess tho, I might not even have it

Im 6"6 rn so not missing out on much but it might cause backpain in the future

Work ur way up to 5 min total for the day
30 sec for each set
It's weird because u would think this should help, but I've also seen stuff saying don't fully extend and stretch your spine

it does , my posture and spine straightened out significantly
