I don’t have any scientific research to back this up but when I went four days without loooking at a single screen my face changed completely.

Likely not the screen itself, but the variables tied to I,blue light disrupting sleep, forward head posture, cortisol from overstimulation. Remove all that and your circadian rhythm stabilizes, water retention drops, and posture improves. Face looks cleaner. It’s not magic—it’s removal of chronic micro-stressors.
