Having a smooth philtrum is much more of a problem. It is a sign of Fetal Alcohol Syndrome and other intellectual disabilities.

The philtrum colums can be made more prominent with fat graft.

I dont know any good way of reducing them or widening them...

I dont know any good way of reducing them or widening them...

If not even you know something, then there must be no way to do it...

But what about the cupid's bow, could it be widened by making an incision along it (like on a vermillion advancement) and then altering its shape somewhat?

If that were possible, it could fix OP's narrow Cupid's bow, but it would look kinda odd because the edges of it (the Glogau-Klein points) wouldn't match the ends of the philtral ridges, right?

As people said it's your lips, too small lips mainly and bad shaped lips.

But I'm just going to point out that even if your philtrum size is the same as sean, his chin is huge as fuck and chin to philtrum ratio is way more important than just the philtrum length

You could have a huge philtrum but as long as your chin is MUCH bigger than it, your harmony won't be ruined.

Some guys have really small chins but their philtrums are huge and this is off harmony,

You can have a small chin if your phlitrum is even smaller, this can lead to pretty boy aesthetics
