Pinned 200 in my thigh in the morning, shoulder had too much PiP so I switched to thigh but it’s sore and can’t walk properly ( did I pin wrong, using 1inch 25g and pinned outer section of thigh in the middle )
Been pinning 3iu hgh consistantly aswell and going to up dose to 4 ius on Thursday,
Reta dropped down to 1.5mg per week because appetite suppression was too much.

Effects, hgh isn’t noticable, don’t think I notice any sleep benefits ( expected ) test however I feel a bit more energy and mental clarity, I also have noticeably more confidence and don’t have as much fear, which could be placebo but I highly doubt it.

Reta has been fine, been running for about 5 weeks, so I’ll see how 1.5mg does me, I kinda js using Reta for the insulin benefit and not expecting much fat loss.

Will change updates to weekly
