I've acutally arranged with a friend we'll be going to gym from next week.Nothing beats a strict regime. At least 8 hours of sleep. 2 hours of stretching and yoga. 2 hours of calisthenics and plyometrics. Binge eating raw meat, raw dairy, and raw eggs with a lil bit of pineapple and celery/cucumber juice.
You basically have to be a NEET to keep up with a schedule like that.I've acutally arranged with a friend we'll be going to gym from next week.
We'll go 3 days a week after school sessions probably will be 2-3 hours it should be fine plus i have to gym with the sport i play lol it's long overdueYou basically have to be a NEET to keep up with a schedule like that.

Yup I was able to do shit like that basically being a full time student athlete in high school. Was able to keep up athletically being a NEET post school as well and in college. But in the work world where you have to work full time it's literally a struggle to schedule and commit to a chiropractor appointment. Too much stress. We'll go 3 days a week after school sessions probably will be 2-3 hours it should be fine plus i have to gym with the sport i play lol it's long overdue
