Seeing two foids rn but still miss my two most recent ex’s

I can’t fucking stand anybody leaving me even though I push them to breaking point and hating my guts by doing the most insane obsessive shit after they leave (even if im seeing another girl jfl). This is usually because of me being too cold and dismissive throughout the time we’re dating (pre and post sex) - legit sending them into complete mental spiral, questioning their entire existence, and feeling every single human emotion in 1-2 months.

Even if I ascend more how the fuck would I even show them since I will forever be in their mind as the evil toxic fuckboy douchebag they had fun with that all their friends say NO MATTER WHAT to never speak to again?

I can slay dozens of girls but cannot keep or get back with them for the life of me so some genuine advice would be appreciated.
