If you had the option what would you go for aesthetic wise?

I'm talking about palate expanders. Sometimes surgeons want to do a segmental lefort and skip the part with the expanders.what kinda jaw widening devices
thxFor aesthetics generally yeah
Are there any examples of people who have gotten significant aesthetic improvements from the cheek widening of appliances?Yeah, segmental le fort is better at the mouth area level, but appliances give cheekbone width benefit as well. So depends on what you're looking for. Overall though, on average the segmental cut still mogs because if you take 10 ppl who did MSE and 10 ppl who got segmental lf1, the ones with the segmental cut will look better 9 out of 10 times.
My plan is to get a bi/trimax not sure because I'm kinda ok with my chin. + Infras and rhino. Perhaps everything in the same operation.Yeah, segmental le fort is better at the mouth area level, but appliances give cheekbone width benefit as well. So depends on what you're looking for. Yeah, there are some, I consider myself one of them. It gives the face some of the width it was missing if the expansion is done in moderation. You can join the FB group of MSE/AGGA there is a ton of before and afters. Are there any examples of people who have gotten significant aesthetic improvements from the cheek widening of appliances?
I don't know much about implants but yes, Infras do improve the eye area, look into the SADDLED infraorbital implants, those are the better variation as I know. There is also a thread about on the org somewhereMy plan is to get a bi/trimax not sure because I'm kinda ok with my chin. + Infras and rhino. Perhaps everything in the same operation.
Another question regarding infra implants, does it improve the eye area aswell? I have lack of eye support there.

But quite obviously segmental lefort before and afters look better

it’s worse, bone borne expanders are the bestIf you had the option what would you go for aesthetic wise?

Mse doesnt really work tbh.most of the expansion is in the alveolar region.facegenics expander is the only expander which doesnt cause asymmetry and works well.EASE works but causes asymmetryI mean depends on age goals, type of expander, provider of expander, and the surgeon, your bite, if your teeth are straight or angled. It's multifactorial question. With no good answer. Generally go for expander if you want better nasal breathing given that your nasal breathing sucks ass. But this also depends if you want to do downgraft in bimax because this and CCW will create better airway + the widening will help some also(not as much as MSE as the top of the roof of the nose doesn't expand like with MSE. But consider MSE is 2+ years and might give assymetry, might not even expand depending on bone density and sutures. Generally maybe it's better to go for just leforte segmental because it's less time consuming and Les expensive also, less orthodontics
