self-hatred for not gaining muscles

Knowing that if I just worked out I would have muscles, SIGNIFICANTLY increasing my looksmaxxing (I'm basically Gollum but with pretty face), but... I just can't do it.

There's always some fking excuse why I can't do a workout today. Many times the excuse is very justified. But still, I have to sleep at night knowing that working out was within my reach and yet I blew it, and one day I will be too old to have a chance with the girls I dedicated my life to hoping I would one day get.

Order a pair of adjustable dumbbells you can load with up to 50 kg each, a barbell, plenty of weight plates, an adjustable rack, a pull-up bar and a bench and work out from home.
No need to have a gym membership

Just for your peace of mind, you should know that you could work out and still not gain much muscles, you need good genetics for this.

I have all those things, but consistantly having 1-2 hours to spare each day, more difficult. and the worst part is, when I definitely do have that time finding myself in near coma-tired by the computer/tv tired after eating :(

true for some people who are naturally have "some meat" on their frame, whos fat goes a little on the arms and shoulders. but for those whose fat goes 100% on the tummy, we really need some muscles otherwise you can see the gollumness even from just seeing a guys neck exposed from his hoodie

True for when I was young. now that I'm old tho I've actually had comments from girls saying I look WAY better, just because I did a week in a row of working out (didn't tell them), but somehow life gets in the way and fatigue kicks in and then goes a month without working out again

How old are you? Can you get laid?

4-5 times per week is more than enough and 30-45 minutes per workout

in my 30ies, getting laid like cheese-noodle on thanksdinner, but after the sex they don't want to see me again cuz my body looks like a fat gollum

Don't push it. If u don't feel like it just fuck it dude. Focus on smth else the time will come.

true but for some reason that consistency is just hard, can do it for like a week then fall into "food coma depression" then takes several weeks before I even touch a barbell again
 
what you need to do is PAY for online coaching for 8 weeks or more. I noticed when i spent money , I got serious and consistent then it became a habit
