Funny thing is, he wouldn't be motivated to make this video if he hadn't started a self development journey.
I'm unsure whether he believes what he says or is he just on the "hate on self development" bandwagon.
"Anti-self help" has become the new self help industry. It has truth to it, just like self help has; but it is also slowly becoming another cow to milk.
