I used to be that productive type self improver

But it lead me knowhere

Only useful thing is money but most people are delusional thinking they can make money online because most won’t

Your best bet is studying at university for a high paying job in stem, business, law etc

Now onto other things like nofap, meditation etc

Nofap is so stupid when you think about it

I only still do it cuz I don’t like post nut clarity

Habits like mediation and journaling is good tho

Your main goal should be to improve your looks, height and physique,

Status is hard and not everyone can have it

Money is easier as you just need a good paying job which you can get by doing a degree in stem etc

Most people didn’t have to self improve their way to get laid/ be normal person with friends etc

People like Hamza are just grifters trying to sell you a dream

It makes me cringe seeing these guys push their audience to start a online business instead of increasing their SMV through their looks
