Curled eyelashes

Applied BB cream (lightly)

Did lip routine: 1 drop of volulifine + aquaphor

Got dressed and went to go for a run and breakfast

Read Plato’s The Republic while driving to get my first meal. (Knowledgemaxxing)

Calories eaten so far: 350

First meal: power bowl. 64g carbs, 22g fat, and 26g of protein.

Then did a mile run.

Now going to get a ice cold Gatorade or water from the store.

Still planning lunch and dinner

My diet was so shit. I probably ate very low calorie but it was usually Cheetos or fucking lays and maybe some sweet tarts to top itnoff. That was my daily meal schedule
