A good analogy on this is Vegata and Gohan. Vegata trains all the time, for years yet he notices marginal increase in his power. Gohan trains 1 day with his dad, becomes a super sayian and surpasses Vegeta.

Same goes with sex and self improvement. You can self improve for years and only notice minimal benefits yet someone who gets laid becomes better than you. The experiences you have improve you a lot more than the training you do.

I notice this with myself. I train all the time yet guys who have sex are so relaxed and cool. Im not relaxed and cool, im neurotic, paranoid and constantly drifting between being a child and an adult incapable of stabilizing myself.
