For most people(excluding chads and truecels) your mind acts as an echo chamber that reflects what other people say and what your experiences have shown you. There is a good chance you’ve had a wide range of positive and negative experiences regarding your looks so your mind doesn’t really know what to trust and what is really accurate. Combine that with bp autism and the situation only gets exacerbated further
