is there any other explanation on why we ourselves can never tell if we are attractive or not, most people have no self awareness when it comes to their looks as a matter fact it’s the same reason why we have the greys begging for ratings all over the place here

For most people(excluding chads and truecels) your mind acts as an echo chamber that reflects what other people say and what your experiences have shown you. There is a good chance you’ve had a wide range of positive and negative experiences regarding your looks so your mind doesn’t really know what to trust and what is really accurate. Combine that with bp autism and the situation only gets exacerbated further
