i just have an extreme trouble focusing on my studies
like i would read a paragraph and deadass absolutely not understand a word
like i am reading then zone out
i just have this feeling that i have nd + adhd

my grades are BAD i am getting last ranks in my tests
i wish i had this earlier so that my parents could diagnose
now they think that i am just coping with this adhd shit and throw words like "hard work" "discipline" "consistency" casually
its getting very unbearable and i gotta take that meds myself and just be able to focus fr
