Selling sites to businesses who dont have them

Has anyone tried selling sites to businesses who dont have them, like smaller local businesses, does any1 have any experience, I feel like its dead now, but i saw some people using ai to make sites then selling them to old businesses, charging them like 2k and 200 dollars a month to keep the servers running and stuff. I am gonna try doing this and will let u know if its good (its definitely dead 90% of people have websites nowaday but whatever)

Not a bad idea if you live in some european outskirts, but most places in major cities have sites

Thats what i thought aswell, but making the site with ai is easy af and i live in a place where its many businesses, lawyer firms etc dont have sites

I feel bad for zoomers because all the easy money internet methods are done lol.
You have to be a tryhard scammer or gamble in crypto.
Can't even scape then spam a million businesses in your city with emails offering web design services anymore.
