Most data is based on 1990s Russian clinical trials I would say it's cope. If you struggle with learning etc. I would rather go to psychiatrist for methylphenidate hydrochloride.

new studies proves that semax is not cope, if you didn't respond to it you bought a fake/low dosed or you simply don't respond well because of sub5 genetics.
