Semen Retention boosted my collagen

Some guys said I look younger at work, age 18 when I am 20. Before I was always guessed as older like 23-25 at 19 and 20. Now I am guessed at as younger

You see how it is, if I keep up with the semen retention I will look 20 years old at 30

Plus I am also taking 5G Vitamin C daily and daily hygiene routine with skincare and such. I think this has helped a lot but most importantly semen retention.
