So basically you look at youtube tutorial that is 10 minutes
download blender
download roblox studio
load in character download their rig and the hats they have one
go in blender, download a plug in
put the downloaded roblox shit in the plug in
now you will have roblox avatar in blender
Do what you want to do
render then boom you are done
