Septoplasty and rhinoplasty

I got a decently high chance of getting septoplasty for free.

I need rhino done aswell and would like to get both at the same time. If I get both at the same time I will only have to pay for the rhino part.

However I'm not sure I can pick and choose surgeons the same way.
So is it better to wait with rhino or just get both at the same time?

Anyone had septo and rhino done but only got septo free?

Same i can get spetoplasty for free in France , but if your nose is symetric and you dont struggle to breath with , its useless .

Some people with asymetric nose truggle to breath with because he is deviated .

I heard that its painfull as fuck , and from a looksmaxxing point of view , unless you have a asymetric nose , septo will only make him symmettrical and not reduce his size at all

I need both actually, but I should expand my pallate before. Thats the only two "hard" lookmaxxing I need

They wanted me to try adrenocortical hormone spray.
Doesn't work so probably gonna get surgery

Get both at the same time I got both at the same time. You wont be able to breathe that well after surgery. The part that hurts the most is when theh take out the nasal packaging.
