septoplasty effects on shape?

i am getting my septoplasty soon and wanted to know if it has an impact on the actual looks of the nose, especially a asymmetrical nasal bridge (mine tilts to one side) will these be fixed with septoplasty or will i need rhino?

do you have more info on how you would get a septorhinoplasty? Like i'm confident ill get a septoplasty covered, but how do i ask for a septorhinoplasty at the same time?

you most likely can't get it covered. It depends on your country, maybe you can get the septoplasty part covered. Even if you could get septorhinoplasty covered by national healthcare, it would still be a much better idea to pay for it yourself because you will be able to select a good surgeon. Rhino is one of the most difficult procedures, it requires both skill and an artistic vision on the part of the surgeon, and it's much better to get it right the first time instead of needing a revision afterwards.
