Septoplasty question

I have gone to ENT and they said i have deviated septum blocking a good amount of both sides of the airways and recommended septoplasty

If I get septoplasty by itself will my nose look more straight? Or is it just internal?

Whenever I look up septoplasty results it shows a nigga with a giga bent nose and then after it is straight but I thought the procedure was internal only so I am lost.

My deviated septum is only noticeable from the inside though, but still.
