In two weeks I will be having a septoplasty. My question is will I aesthetically benefit from it even if my septum isn’t crooked but rather there’s too much bone on one side blocking the airway (at least that’s what the doctor told me)

Can't tell when you don't show the full face, harmony is important not some perfect nose

Im not asking about me specific tbh, I understand it’s easier to judge if you see my whole face but I’d rather not post it on this forum for now. Just asking in general if there’s any aesthetic benefits of a septoplasty if there’s too much bone as all I can find online is in the case of a crooked septum. Maybe I should just ask my doctor lol

How did you come to this conclusion genuinely curious, guess I was squinting on like one side only which makes it look retarded idk if that’s what you mean

Talking out of my ass tbh. If your eyes are level/symmetrical then your sphenoid is probably fine

It's the cartilage that is deviated not your nasal bones.
Septoplasty likely won't lead to major aesthetic changes if any at all especially looking at your nose shape you don't seem to suffer (based on the pic) from excessive nasal flaring or different sized nostrils which might be fixed by septoplasty.
But again septoplasty is not an aesthetic surgery it's a functional surgery so don't expect big aesthetic changes but rather an improvement with your breathing
