I have a deviated septum, how do I convince my surgeon to not only do a septoplasty, but a septo*rhino*plasty?

He's already reluctant on doing the septoplasty even though I have quite a severe deviated septum, he says I have allergies and my deviated septum needs not be corrected in order for my breathing issues to be alleviated to a satisfactory extent. The breathing issues I have are also ruining my life in other aspects, causing dramatic looks-minning, mostly due to the shit sleep they cause.
I'm 17 btw

The consultant I talked to told me that during Rhino, I can request any additional nose related procedures like implants or whatever.

I don't think my parents would pay for a nosejob, in a cosmetic sense, even though they are both doctors and rich. I think a functional septorhinoplasty is covered here, as long as it impacts your breathing function.

The first ENT I went to immediately suggested operating and wanted to get me under in as little as a month, but I really don't trust a woman with my nose.
I really want to just fix my breathing issues but I want my nose to look straight as well, fuck

i know that deviated septum is free. But if you want a full rhino nobody is going to do it free on you, you can try to gather some money and ask him in secret then

Damn, well that sucks. I might try convincing my parents to pay for one, telling them that it's gonna help me breathe etc. If that doesn't work then fuck it, I'll just go for a septoplasty cause at least I'll be able to breathe better then.

the nose tip is more important than the shape itself which usually only look bad from side profile on white people

My nose tip is kinda fat as well, fuk. My nose is probably my worst feature. Good thing the nose is very fixable with surgeries, I guess? But it can make it look off sometimes, like your nose doesn't "fit" your face
