  • Lost 11 lbs in 7 weeks (calorie deficit), aiming to lose another 14.
  • Always been weak and unathletic, the slowest and weakest kid in school.
  • Can’t bench 135 lbs after over a year of consistent lifting.
  • Struggle with confidence, anxiety, and depression.
  • Extremely hard to talk to girls, even platonically—feels like torture.
  • Low energy, constant laziness, lack of motivation, and always feel like I’m falling short.
  • Daily weed use, spending 7+ hours high each day.
  • Sleep is inconsistent; trying for 1–9 AM but rarely hit 8 hours.
  • Cutting on 1,750 calories soon, diet is high-protein but low-fat.
  • Persistent acne and frustration with building muscle despite effort.
  • Mild Asperger's, a stutter, and a slight lisp.
Could all this just be in my head, or could it be low testosterone? Should I get tested, and if so, what specific tests?

Ngl it keeps me sane. Being almost 21 and KHV makes me mentally unstable while sober, I get really depressed. Weed makes me feel less depressed.

of course ur low t nothing wrong with it,not all males should be high t. ur manlet so its over, no point increasing t as ur incel anyway. better to lower t for less sex drive since incel.

Sounds more like a case of ugly and short. God doesn't like ugly people which is why you are weak in gym and have anxiety and depression.

Just produce more test. Get a check up, you'll have lower levels on a cut obviously
 
Diet should not be low fat, saturated animal fat is needed for healthy hormone production. That and weed are the main problems you should stop and do some reasearch about those topics
