In addition to this, I don't know what else I need to do to grow, I need to get blood tests ASAP to see my nutrient levels and hormonal profile+bone age.
 
9-10 hours of high quality sleep, sleep is where you will grow.

how tall are your parents?
Dad is 6 ft
Mom is 5 ft

I'm not "so" worried because I'm around the average height here (in my city age group) and I'm not "so" bad in terms of face, but the height will help me tbh ;(

- Play Volleyball & Basketball. Every day. On or the other. Competitively. You have no fucking time to LDAR in your home after school. Join a team and fucking compete.

- 9 hours of sleep a day. With an occasional nap after games. Napping after volleyball/basketball allows your body to actively recover.

- Drink a tonne of milk. Not great for fat generally. But really good for your bones and height overall.

- Supplement vitamins and nutrients. You're 100% not eating enough. Make sure to get that shit in.

- Also you may want to consider vegan protein shakes to drink in the mornings before school.

Milk is estrogenic, won't that harm him? higher levels of estrogen i heard result in your plates staying opened for longer but i don't think it's overall good. Moderate amounts of milk is fine, just don't overdo it?>

I've been wanting to sell my PC for a fucking year (and on top of that I earn money for Lookdmaxing), but no one wants to give me the 1.5k it costs.

Volleyball is better. Trust. As someone who played semi pro football (soccer) and college volleyball. Volleyball is def better for SMV. Trust me. Sometimes we practiced against the girls and it's just easier convo. Plus more girls play volley. Play soccer too dawg. Fuck that fifa shit. I hung up the ultimate team years ago. Not worth it.

I drank whole. But also make sure that you don't over do it. You may get acne if you're sensitive to dairy.

I already play a bit of Volleyball in the school breaks and there are times where I make good plays and everyone supports me (also girls fr), it feels good tbh. They tell me I'm good, but fuck that, they sure play with my feelings LMAO

Meat + dairy + eggs + fruit + honey diet. Eat in large surplus 3000+ calories minimum and 200g animal protein a day minimum too. High fat and cholesterol intake aswell. Litre of milk a day, minimum. All Not store bought, well sourced. High k2 mk4 + high calcium/ 1:1-2 phosphorus: calcium.

If you Listen to those calculators saying muh eat 1lbs protein per body weight or certain amount of calories based on height or weight and you’re gonna fuck yourself over. Don’t listen to those.

gonna take CJC and MK along with a lot of supplements such as Vitamin D 50,000 IU, Zinc etc...

honestly a lot of the heightmaxxing ive read on this forum (ive looked through a lot of the threads) and it seems like most of it is absolute cope. some people who've taken peptide stacks or HGH have sometimes done a complete 180 and said they regret doing any of it and others have gotten no results at all

everything, you can skip everything except for the hgh, galantamine or pyrdostigmine for achetylcholinesterase inhibition which ends up inhibiting somatostatin, exemestane, and protein (both lots of meat + suplements such as whey protein).

If you were to take this stack while taking Aromatase Inhibitors could you potentially have exponential growth? AI would keep your plates open and if you have already gotten 2.4cm while your plates are closed the amount you could get from open plates could be a lot more.
 
I would try LSJL. Theoretically, it should be a lot more effective if your plates are open.

Its literally over for you if you are 5'5 at 15 I was 6'3 at 15 and completely stopped growing after that as of now get a goal height you wanna reach in your case it would be around 5'8 and then blast hgh with aromasin alongside with rigorous stretching and posture excercise so that you can atleast increase 3-4 inches and after that just wear lifts good luck
