This thread is about habits and nutrition.

I’m HTN, 181 cm.
His mother is Stacylite” 185 cm.

I’d appreciate guidance on what I should focus on during each stage of his development:

Ages 0–6
6–12
12–16
16–18
18+
(at which point I kick him out and finally lower my cortisol again)

Looking for evidence-based advice on nutrition, habits, growth, and helping him build a strong foundation.

lol I guess bro

Making sure he's sleeping with his mouth closed, that his tongue is resting on the top of his mouth for palate expansion as he continues to grow. If he is a mouth breather he will have a narrower jaw, longer facial height, retrognathic (set-back) mandible.

Chewy meat, some sort of Jerky or tougher steak to allow for good early Jaw development.

Make sure your wife is breastfeeding, the sucking suction should be done via tongue, breastfeeding (ideally for 6+ months) engages more facial muscles, promotes forward jaw growth, wider palates, and better tongue function compared to bottle-feeding. When you swallow your food, this goes for anyone, you should be using your tongue.

When he is older, make sure he has a good pediatric dentist or orthodontist to check around age 7 can catch issues early if needed.

Also, make sure he avoids prolonged pacifier or thumb-sucking, it can narrow the palate and cause open bites or protrusions if used past age 2-3.

whatever you do do not circumcise him

a lot of things should of been ensured before he was delivered such as the mother and father both being as fit as possible and the mother having extremely good nutrition during the pregnancy

try keep him on breast feeding for as long as possible as this will help his face develop properly do not ever put him onto formula slop

as soon as he can eat food put him onto high protein high nutrient density diet with it mostly being meat, no 100 ingredient seed oil slop

ensure he chews his food extremely thoroughly this will help contribute to his facial development, hard food that he has to chew is good not blended puree store bought slop

as you already know make sure he never mouth breathes

ensure his postures correct his entire life

make sure he doesnt spend too much time lying down on his back this will give him a flat skull

and finally the fact that both mother and father are 6 foot hes going to be a extremely tall man, very very lucky 6'6 or over

Extend his breast feeding years, supplement his mother with lactoferrin, colostrum, goat milk, meat, nuts, avocado, lots of carbs, also never feed him tap water, make sure he breathes through his nose all the time and make sure the environment is clean and fresh, tell the mother to never drink alcohol or drink tap water or smoke,

Make sure he learns social skills early and becomes a good speaker, learning a lot at a young age determines a lot, my sister was sent to a speech training coach when she was young 3-5, I think, and now she turned out to be better in social settings and building relationships than me, my father also wanted to send me, but my mom didnt think it was necessary, now my speech isnt bad, but its sub par.
Although being social may have its downsides as others kids habits, will rub off on your child you proceed with caution.
A lot of your development is subcounsiosly through what you perceive as accepted by other people, which will be enhanced if you are around more people.
