GODDAMN MY MENTAL HEALTH IS DECLINING

One week ago today, I was out in the city and in the gym and then I noticed a bit of dried blood on the backside my middle finger. I washed it off and saw a small paper cut like wound (like 8mm in length). It had already stopped bleeding when I noticed it.

now I was at the gym and the blood MUST have been my blood because I only had blood on this wound and no where else on my body or clothing.

WHAT ARE THE CHANCES OF RANDOMLY GETTING INfected???????

i did some math: 8,000,000 people where I live. 5,000 people have HIV. Out of these, 3,600 people are on medication, so not transmittable to others.

Today I wake up feeling feverish but I slept very bad last night so I hope that’s the cause. Measures 36.9° axillary temperature

hiv dies within seconds of being exposed to the air if not right away. even if you cut yourself then rubbed that cut against dried blood that was hiv infected, you wouldn't get it. hepatitis and other illnesses are a different story, but as for hiv definitely not
