Mentally retarded people without the proper IQ to actually understand their sins or even what a religion encompasses. Do they go to hell?

I’ve been thinking about it for so long and it DOES’NT MAKE SENSE!! Do they automatically get heaven??

And surely if they do bad things it doesn’t count the same as when we do bad things ??
