Lets say I want to get some fucking saddled infraorbital implants designed by @RealSurgerymax can I pay like 2k or more EXTRA to get the design ASAP? And the same for other surgeries like a deep neck lift, can you pay to the surgeon to give priority to you surgery and get it done in like 2 weeks?
