[Serious] Tongue lacerated by lateral tooth when mewing

Hey, I've been mewing since 2 months now, and recently I experienced pain on my tongue due to lateral tooth.

I know that tongue should not be touching toogh while mewing, it is easy to do for front teeth, but do you have advices for the side ?

your palate is probably narrow, try not to force it too hard until it expands a bit, or get some appliance that can expand your palate (look it up on google)
