when you wake up, fluids will reside in your face because you were laying down for the entire night. this causes facial bloat, which can be drained by drinking diuretics (coffee , alcohol)

but normally when iwake up this doesnt happens. i found this online: "The nose seems bigger when clogged up with sebum and oil and by using retinoids, the oil content decreases. Which makes u look like you had a TEMPORARY nose job"

It’s just bloated, nothing to worry about. Nose size can’t randomly increase the tissue isn’t going to grow overnight
