what bro? I'm seriously mental and unstable. I've been diagnosed with bipolar and on antidepressants

am i just lazy?

when i was on antidepressants, working out was an escape from depression almost.

Look at tyson fury and his depression over the last few years, he ballooned but lost a lot of weight because exercise made him feel like he had a purpose again.

No, losing body fat is.
Yup it is but u will gradually loose ur body fat when u r hitting the gym ....although i am not currently going to the gym but will go from monday but still i eat less food without eating any junk food to loose fat and i am progressing thankfully
