Seriously don't use shampoo

You can use it but ONLY EXCLUSIVELY if you will use conditioner right after. Never use only shampoo like i did. Never had dandruff in my life until 1 week after i ran out of conditioner and was forced to either have a nasty, unwashed for weeks hair or use only shampoo. I should have just gone for the first option. Just stick with conditioner. Shampoo is entirely disposable of

You can wash it as much as you want heck you can even wash it twice a day. Just don't use only shampoo like i did unless you want your hair to stink up the whole place after 1 day of not being washed

For me it doesn't really matter, any conditioner does the job

ofc its gonna be oily in the first week as your hair is adjusting then it starts regulating its natural oils. straighter hair tends to lead to a more oily start though.

Oh so basically hair training? My hair is really straight and whenever I try to do that it gets unbearably oily so I just give up and wash it

not hair training its how your hair is supposed to be js give it two weeks and should be fine

Yeah it starts smelling like rotten corpses and shit after 2 days of not washing now. That was not the case when i washed it with only conditioner

That sucks, I always wash it every day to avoid smelling bad cause I legit can't know so i just avoid the risk

That's the right thing to do but it takes too long to wash my hair
I really have to start washing it every day too
