take drugs every time before you socialize and think of all ways to improve afterwards

stop taking drugs when you are used to socializing

You don't but you can

What I mean is you can't change who you are you will always have your level of trait neuroticism.

But

By socializing you can as a skill reduce social anxiety but this reduction will be skill based and on a genetic level you will fear it.

Testosterone makes you more disciplined and gives you alot more concentration and muscles and defeats any anxiety.
That's why men are superior to women, because we have alot more of this magic/ holy power in us.
Yes the downside is the horniness. We can overcome this by training our muscles.
If you are done with training you can use the male power of concentration to learn stuff.
If you decide for the weak things, like porn, you weaken yourself and get anxious.
Build up discipline and say NO!

You ever do a self reflection and wonder why?

For me it boils down to 2 things: maintaining this illusion of perfection and my shit chin.

Shit chin is straightforward, it's my biggest insecurity ATM. Every time I start talking to someone, I always think they are hyper focusing on my chin and going "ha look at that subhuman, fucking gross."

Funny thing is these other people have a shit ton of flaws themselves, but somehow I'm only concerned with mine.

Basically every time I talk to someone without a mask, it always creeps up in the back of my head. When I'm wearing a mask, it's "ha look at that NPC still wearing mask, what a cuck." I can't win here. For me NPC > subhuman, so mask to cope with.

Second thing is maintaining this "perfect" illusion. When I talk to a stranger, I constantly want them to think "oh that's a really cool guy." Since I'm so damn concerned with that, it's easier for to avoid interaction altogether because if you don't talk to them, they can never think bad of you.

I think to myself, what if I truly couldn't give two shits what this other person thinks? Then I don't care about being perfect. Then anxiety diminished. But that step of not caring, I mean truly not caring is such a daunting task, I seemingly cannot do it.

For me until I have this shit chin (the second encompasses this tbh) + care what about others thinking I'm perfect, social anxiety will remain to exist.

Medication might lower your inhibition, but won't address the true root cause which in your case might be identical or different.

I personally think you cannot take this approach its foolish as your fighting your self. You will probably always care what others think. HOWEVER the amount of positive feedback you get from others may influence how comfortable you are in social settings. i lost my train of thought :feelswah:

Social anxiety is your brain preventing you from doing something that would likely lower your status and reputation, or lead to conflict.

You will always have it preventing you from doing some socially awkward things and ruining your reputation. Think about how bad it would be if every time you went to the grocery store, or went to a public place, people remembered you got uncomfortable and avoided you, and wouldn't speak to you.

But good looking people are permitted to do more in society, so the first step is to looks max.

Also there's the problem of social intelligence. If you don't know the right things to say and the right tonality to say it, then your socially anxiety prevents you from saying the wrong thing and having people avoid you.
