It's the real blackpill - affects absolutely everything including your long term life outcome in all areas. Way more important than looks. More important than IQ even. And everyone avoids it.

Study your ass off as an immigrant with no connections and work back office in IT/admin making bottom decile income while renting with no pension for life.

C and D jock student who wears Ralph Lauren and plays polo doesn't know what modules he's taking. Masters degree paid for by CEO father (fails the masters, but the college owner is his Dad's golf buddy, so he "passes with flying colors"). Goes on to have a more balanced life than anyone who "worked hard". Keeps up sports, fucks his gf, has so much free time, can scroll football fixtures at work while holding a "Vice President, Director of Strategic Business Development" title. Untouchable. Makes $250k a year and has a pension set to be worth $20m at retirement, and that's without inheritance. Then later on, inherits millions extra from parents. Hot gf, brings her to the maldives every year. Relieves his "stress" with 3 week trips to Bali, while Pajeet stresses over deadlines and how to pay his rent while being alone and more isolated as time goes by.

It works the other way around. You can't look at a "thing" and go "muh i wanna increase my desire".

When you see something or someone you really want to pursue, it works backward from that. You either put in the effort or you don't. Staying consistent and achieving small wins will keep you resourceful and content. But that leap of faith is probably already predetermined, it's in your mind somewhere. You need to make it possible in the first place.

Like why does one looksmax? To make certain things "more possible".

And no I'm not afraid I'll lose drive. At least not for everything, or permanently. I'll always lose drive for certain things that become less meaningful and fulfilling though.

No. Just live your life and try to put yourself in environments where you can meet people and have relationships and memories. Don't isolate. Don't hyperfocus.

Back in the days those high society guys would have had to work and therefore would have been more competent. Nowadays everything is done by uncountable amounts of nameless, interchangeable managers, not by the individual owner anymore - especially in the context of big companies. The high class individuals have been degraded to a meaningless life without real (political/societal) power.

And don't get me wrong, I am not coping "muh their life is so meaningless!1!11!", I just point out that the amount of political influence those, I'd go so far to call them aristocrats, have, had been shrinking more and more in modern society, which made them, I'd call it "fat and lazy". All those Jeff Bezoz guys do nothing anymore but marry whores to let themself get divorceraped in court and buy their 500th yacht.

"The grand bourgeois" is a leftist pipedream, their equivalent of "the jooooz" - those who hold power are managers and bureaucrats. I would advocate for those guys to make political und societal desicions, rather than partying all life and faking their masters degree.

Imo social class mogs 90% of aesthetic grind (life quality wise).

If you’re ugly and poor, it’s over tbh. And I honestly think that there is no way out of that

In your opinion, is looksmaxxing just cope for the lower class? Or is there any actual path out for someone who’s genetically AND economically bottom tier? :Comfy:

It's not cope for lower class. But looksmaxxing won't change their class. And it compounds less. It's always beneficial for anyone to look and feel their best. But looksmaxxing is not a "way out" social class wise.

(don't mention Meeks)

What philosophy do you follow to cope with life? Books/movies you recommend? I feel extremely depressed when I think about life experiences of a upper social class western country individual than me and compare it to mine. How do you recommend do cope w this? And do you think someone can actually improve his social class let's say in developing country such as in India?

Hmmm. My philosophy is that you can only be yourself and live as yourself. So embrace who you are fully. Control the controllables, don’t get hung up in what you cannot change. Know when to pivot (ie: don’t waste time playing rigged games!)

You will feel happier when you feel like you belong somewhere, and you can really relish in the moment, without feeling like you’re stagnating or could be better off doing something else. And there’s levels to that - if you’re stuck at home, then start small. Follow your interests

hey, true man. I like this approach, at the end of day, "just be yourself" is not such a bad advice nah seriously tho, It's all comes to a full circle tbh if you seriously think about it. About the last question, is it possible?

I wouldn't focus on trying to "improve your social class" - it'll be draining. Dress well, wear nice cologne and nice clothes, but it's not going to make you someone else.
