So i’m going 6x/week to the gym doing a pplpplr split. How many sets should I do (per muscle group for example) and which rep range?

Yeah i just started doing this too like a week ago, but i also dk if it’s optimali just do 2 sets of max 8 reps, i dont know how optimal that is but its working great for me
