Micro fracture is the biggest cope every known to mankind
The microfracture are so little that even after 10 consistent years you wont see any results. And thats only if the fracture actually cause any growth in lenght with is not probable. Its probably making the bone stronger and wider but not longer.
And hopefully otherwise it would annihilate your legs
Yoga is like stretching so it may work to make your posture better

he credits alot of his growth to having more hgh from hiit. people here have injected hgh to get several times as much gh from exercise and they havent grown one bit. he almost certainly had open plates

Nah this nigga is just straight up lying he never grew from that shit
Hgh have 0 effect once growth plates are closed
And HIIT increase it for a short amount of time and nothing close to what you can get with compounds like mk. You wont ever benefit from it because you grow during sleep and the hgh is far gone already

its definitely possible to grow taller after growth plate fusion we just havent created a method. we can go to the moon and blow up cities we can definitely find a way to grow taller its just that theres very little money put into this
