Settle or strive for more?

If you're an MTN through a couple softmaxxes and your base is MTN, do you settle for that and maybe hop on roids, or do you go all in and get a couple procedures done and surgerymax?
In most of the cases I've seen, it is mostly the LTNs and true subhumans getting surgery to enhance themselves. Should someone who is MTN risk it and get surgery to potentially get better facial aesthetics or just settle for what they have?
I'm interested to see what others opinions are on this.

People underestimate surgery in terms of risk factor. It is a very time consuming process and super draining on individuals. It is a life changing process and although most likely it will go well, there are multiple weeks being on edge about whether you'll look better or worse, the price is also a whole different conversation.

Anyone who says otherwise clearly has barely researched this area.
