Severe hypoglycemia?

I was getting labs done after hopping cold turkey off roids etc, and learned my glucose is 37. Why the fuck did that happen? I’m not diabetic and have nothing unusual going on with diet or pharmaceuticals. No pct or anything.

For reference my liver enzymes are insanely high and e2 is <5
